1. Order processing
- Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and dispatched within 2–3 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Prepaid orders are dispatched after payment is received. Cash on Delivery orders may be verified by a call or WhatsApp message before dispatch.
- Sarees with fall & pico or blouse stitching add 3–5 working days to processing.
2. Delivery timelines (India)

These are estimates. Delays may occur during festivals, strikes, extreme weather or courier disruptions.

4. Courier partners and tracking
We ship through reputed courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, Xpressbees and India Post, depending on your location. A tracking number and link are shared on WhatsApp as soon as the order is dispatched.
5. Address and delivery attempts
- Please provide a complete address with landmark, PIN code and a reachable mobile number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Couriers usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, re-shipping charges apply. For COD orders refused at delivery, we reserve the right to decline future COD orders.
6. Damaged or tampered packages
Please check the outer packaging on delivery. If it looks damaged or tampered, do not accept it, or record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. International shipping
We ship worldwide on request. Message us on WhatsApp with the product and your full address for a shipping quote. International orders are prepaid only; customs duties and taxes in the destination country are payable by the customer.
