Dispatch: Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 working days. You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp.
Delivery: 3–7 days across India depending on location. Free shipping on orders above ₹1,999; ₹99 below that.
Exchange: 7-day exchange for damaged or wrong items. Message us with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Sarees must be unused with tags intact. Fall and pico stitched sarees cannot be exchanged.
Cash on Delivery: Available on most PIN codes. A small advance may be requested for high-value silk orders.
Frequently asked questions
Are the colours exactly as shown?
We photograph in natural light, but screens vary slightly. We send a live video of your saree before dispatch so you can confirm.
Does the saree come with a blouse piece?
Yes, unless noted otherwise on the product page. Most sarees include a 0.8 m blouse piece attached or running blouse.
Can you stitch the blouse or add fall & pico?
Yes. Mention it in the order notes. Fall and pico is ₹150; blouse stitching is quoted on WhatsApp based on design.
How do I pay?
UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery. We confirm every order on WhatsApp before dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Message us on WhatsApp with your address for a shipping quote.
